Is this fair criticism, or unfair stereotyping?  How offended should Muslims be about the above cartoon?  If they are offended, what constitutes an appropriate protest?  Are people afraid to say what they really think, which is even more revealing?

It is a great compliment to Christianity that those who attack it -- the ACLU, Hollywood, the Left, etc. -- are able to do so without fear of decapitation. The same is not true of those who give intelligent and well-reasoned criticism of Islam who, like the Dutch filmaker Van Gogh and Salman Rushdie, must always live in fear of being murdered or harmed by Muslims who view their speeck as criminal acts.

Bill Handel correctly views CAIR. Just as Hamas wants to wipe Israel off the face of the Earth, Iran jumps in with the same hate speech. Freedom of the press under Islam means free to get your head cut off if they catch you. If Islam means the religion of peace, what they mean is to separate the piece of body above your neck.

CAIR does not condemn Hamas and Iran. Islam's silence speaks volumes.

Yes, and as Dennis Prager says, there is a simple test to determine whether a Muslim or Islamic group is sane or the more typical, radical fanatic. One need only ask this simple yes/no question:

DO YOU DESIRE FOR THE STATE OF ISRAEL TO BE DESTROYED? YES OR NO?

Good, humane and westernized Muslims may not hesitate in answering in the negative. But in order not to appear to be the sick radicals they are, others will answer "Well, what do you mean by that?" This only means that they will not give the civilized, non-barbaric answer of "No". For them, Israel must be detroyed and its Jews either murdered or purged because that land eternally belongs to Muslims. Non-Muslims have no rights to the lands which Muslims desire for themselves, be those lands Israel, Spain, Kashmir, southern Thailand, southern Phillipines, or Muslim enclaves in France and the Netherlands.

That is why Mr. Handel intelligently challenged CAIR to declare what Hamas, Iran, and all Islamist groups around the world will never say, that Israel has a right to exist in peace. And they will never say such a thing because Islam promotes an "US vs. THEM" mentality and sees itself in a perpetual state of war with the non-Muslim world.

Modern Islam produced no inventions, science, mathematics or benifits to its masses. Mideast Islam only claim to fame resides in letting Western oil companies stick holes in the sands so the rest of the world can get on in a first world lifestyle.

Islam is a backward looking, 14th Century stagnant religion and culture. It remains steeped in Jidad where mytars seek death to be with 72 virgins. It seeks world domination.
